Group Service Opportunity – Feeding Empty Little Tummies

Join us as we support Feeding Empty Little Tummies (FELT) — a nonprofit whose mission is to provide food bags for homeless and food-insecure students to take home over the weekend when school meals are not available. FELT currently serves 58 local schools.
Group Service Opportunity: Our group will be helping pack donated food items into backpacks for these students.
Date: Friday, January 16, 2026
Time:
- Arrive at FELT by 9:45 AM
- We will finish by 11:30 AM
- Optional carpool departs from The Lake Club Grande Clubhouse lower-level parking lot at 9:00 AM(Carpool participants will receive a confirmation text one week prior to coordinate.)

Volunteers Needed: We are aiming for 20 volunteers. Spouses, significant others, and friends of members are welcome, but each person must sign up individually on SignUpGenius so we can provide an accurate headcount.
Attire:
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Casual and Comfortable attire for approximately two hours of active volunteer work (packing food bags, moving around large tables, minor lifting and carrying items)
Requirements: No paperwork or forms are required in advance or on the day of the event.
Optional Lunch: Those who wish may join for lunch immediately following the volunteer event at:
