Volunteers will assist Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee County with packing produce bags for later distribution. Volunteers will walk through the food bank area, select produce, and pack bags for the distribution team.

Carpooling will be coordinated from The Lake Club Grande Clubhouse – Lower Level Parking Lot (will be coordinated via group text one week prior to the event)

Information About Charity:
Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee County is the largest hunger-relief organization in Manatee County. The Food Bank distributes food to more than 85 partner agencies and pantries, as well as through direct services. Programs include emergency food assistance, summer out-of-school food programs, and mobile pantries serving those in need throughout the community.
