Thank you for your interest in the The Lake Club Women’s Giving Circle. We are always looking for organizations and programs throughout the Sarasota-Manatee area that need help. The Organization must have a location in Manatee and/or Sarasota County.
To apply for a grant, please submit the completed grant application form that summarizes your non-profit and illustrates how a grant from TLC Women’s Giving Circle will make an immediate, direct impact to a specific project or cause. You will also need to provide documentation verifying your organization’s nonprofit status.
Our granting process occurs twice a year. Organizations must submit a new application for each grant cycle to be considered. Applications are reviewed semi-annually, with submission deadlines on March 31 and October 31 of each calendar year. Grant awards will be made within two months following each deadline, and recipients will be notified via email.
TLC Women’s Giving Circle accepts unsolicited proposals for a variety of programs and causes. However, we do not provide grants to support:
- Capital improvements or Salaries
- Promoting a religious ideology
- Dinner galas
- Advertising
- Other Special fundraising events
